This unique design allows the pedestal to be used in an upward position as a table unit and allows it to be offset to a low berth position. Gas powered cyclinder assist makes for easy adjustment from a low 12-1/8" to a high 27-3/4" height. All hinge points are nylon insulated for smooth operation. Small 7-3/4" X 10-3/4" foot print. Stainless Steel hardware, high strength aluminum and engineerng grade plastic used throughout.
