Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How do I measure for the correct height of my pedestal? A: Pedestals are measured from the deck to the top of the swivel. Q: How soon will my order ship? A: We make every effort to ship your order within 3 to 5 business days. Unless otherwise noted on the product detail. Q: On the Springfield Marine Molded Chairs how do I know what my chair number is? A: On the bottom of the chair there is a rectangular area molded into the chair that says "Chair No. " Q: Will my "Garelick" 2-7/8" seat mount fit on my "Springfield" 2-7/8" post? A: Probably not. We do not recommend using the different manufacture products together as they may not work properly. Q: Can my power pedestal be re-charged? A: No, you would need to have the inner cylinder replaced or purchase a new pedestal.
