Cascade Depot wants to make returning an item an easy process.  Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with any concerns you may have.  You will need to have a "Return Authorization Number" for any items returned.  Failure to returning an item without this number, could result in no refund.  If the item is found to be defective we will send a replacement to you at no additional charge.  There is a 25% restocking fee on all other returns.  All returns must include all items and original material.  Items must be repackage to avoid further damage.  No returns or exchanges on any order over 30 days.
