Cascade Depot provides the following return policy:

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with any concerns you may have.  If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) we will exchange it or give you a refund less 25% restocking fee.  No shipping charges will be refunded.  

If you need to make a return please contact waveryder07@yahoo.com for a "Return Authorization Number".  No returns will be accepted without this number.  All returns must include all item(s) and original material.  Item(s) must be repackage to avoid damage.  

If your return is after 7 days please call 541-327-2195 to see what your options may be.  Sorry no returns or exchanges on any order over 30 days.
