RETURNS & SHIPPING
You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order by going to the "Returns" section of our website. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, a return shipping label will be provided upon approval of return. Items that have been damaged or used will not receive a refund. All items must be in brand new, unused condition. Use our "Contact Us" form if you have any further questions.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of acceptable returns. We do our best to issue refunds as quickly as possible for your convenience. Refunds can take up to four weeks, but usually take less time. The four-week time estimate includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Please note that we do not offer product exchanges; returns will receive a refund to the original payment method or a store credit equal to the return.
We ship to all 50 USA states only.

Shipments are usually sent out within 3 business days, unless the item description indicates that it will take longer to process your order. This longer delivery time is due to an over-abundance of orders already placed for this item, and/or supplier delays. In most cases, your item will ship sooner.
Shipping rates are calculated by weight. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
